Please post both hands (full with fingers) pictures - mention your age - whether you are right or left handed. Make sure the palm lines are clear to see - for anyone to comment on your palm lines.

| I see the second head line paralleling but not attached to the major head line - first of all, I rarely see this so it's unusual and that isn't a bad or good thing - it just is. The second thing is that when I see dual head energy one of the meanings is that you can see things from both sides - you can just and fair or be challenged to make decisions because you can see both sides of the story and they each make sense to you.
